“Severely obese people are estimated to die eight-to-10 years earlier than those in a healthy weight range.”     A diet to lose 30 may save your body but it is essential to avoid the commercial diets promising you a quick way that will make you thin. A commercial television diet is not going to really reduce inflammatory fat, you can get thin and healthy fast but it is from science not television commercial diets.
