A Diet to Lose 30 Pounds had better include fat

We have been taught for over forty years that saturated fat is bad but a diet to lose 30 pounds had better include fat according to a new study from Harvard University. We have all been taught that saturated fat from butter, cheese and milk is linked to heart disease but studies have never proved this. Those who are seeking a diet to lose 30 must stick with real science; although people have consumed full milk, cheese, steak and butter fats for centuries with no heart disease increase the food manufacturers have taught us that low fat is better, but a top University research study is showing this is simply not true.


The new study, finds, "ZERO associations" (to quote the authors) between total saturated fat intake and coronary risk. And a prior analysis that included more than 300,000 participants came to a similar conclusion. A diet to lose 30 pounds must be based on real science and natural fats are fine!


­The authors of a new meta-analysis published in the Annals of Internal Medicine conclude that there's insufficient evidence to support the long-standing recommendation to consume saturated fat in very low amounts. You can have a normal amount of real butter, whole milk and cheese.

"So when you put this all together," says Dariucsh Mozaffarian, MD of Harvard and a co-author of the paper, what you see is that saturated fat has a relatively neutral effect. It's "not a beneficial effect, but not a harmful effect. And I think that's what the recent studies show."


If you are seeking to lose 30 pounds or more you must reverse inflammatory fat , but this does not mean that you cannot consume saturated fat.


The reason people are not losing weight is because of the highly processed food chemicals in the foods today. The food makers get rich off of highly processed food chemicals that cause us to get fatter. The commercial TV diets are not going to cause you any real weight loss these diets only cause a loss of water weight not real inflammatory fat. You can lose 30 pounds when you follow real science.
