Am I obese or overweight? Be honest

Am I obese? This is a question that not enough people are asking themselves, it is important to understand how much inflammatory fat has taken over our health, inflammatory fat is the fat which is linked to all the dangers of being overweight.  It is crucial to reduce your dangerous inflammatory fat if you are truly going to get thinner and healthier, a new study reveals that many of us are simply unaware of how overweight we truly are, researchers found that  almost 50 percent of obese people had know idea they that they were in fact obese.  Am I obese? It is time we all look in the mirror and truly answer the question truthfully.

Overweight or Obese?

It is a fact that there are many people who consider themselves to be overweight but may not think of themselves as obese, a study out of England reveals that a large percentage of us may be fooling ourselves into believing that we are not obese.  Obesity is characterized as an abundance of excessive body fat, typically we may not be so honesty as to how much of this fat we are actually carrying around, inflammatory fat is the dangerous fat that is linked to all the negative affects of being overweight. Am I obese? This is a question that more people should be asking themselves about their own body; it is clear according to the study that nearly half of those surveyed and examined believed that they were not obese but actually were in fact were.

Healthcare provider Nuffield Health, which runs the private Chesterfield Hospital in Clifton, questioned more than 200 adults in the South West about their health and wellbeing – including perceptions of their own weight.

The figures show obesity levels to be above the UK average and approaching 30 per cent of the population across the region.

Nearly half – 46 per cent – of those questioned in the South West said they considered themselves to be overweight while only five per cent perceived themselves to be obese.

Following a body mass index (BMI) test, the results revealed that nearly three times as many people – 13 per cent – were in fact obese, with a BMI of more than 30, and three per cent of these were seriously, or morbidly, obese!

The result reveal a stark misconception between what is considered overweight and what is obesity – a medical condition with potentially life-threatening health risks.

It is absolutely necessary to address a serious topic such as weight loss with real science, it is a waste of time to turn to commercial television diets promoted by Television actors. All, yes, all the commercial popular diets are a waste of time, we know all these diets by name and they have never been scientifically proven to reduce any inflammatory fat. It is essential that you turn to real science for real weight loss. It is amazing that we are still turning to television stars who promote diets instead of real science.

How science causes real weight loss

When European researchers used a specialized diabetes inspired diet on overweight people without diabetes an amazing thing occurred, the inflammatory body-fat was reversed and all lost significant body weight. Here we see a true loss of real inflammatory fat without any commercial television diet.

If you are not reducing inflammatory fat you are not getting healthy

Why did a diabetic styled diet work for people with or without diabetes?

Diabetes is an inflammatory condition and so is obesity, it makes sense that the diet could be created which was styled from a diabetic type diet to stop the inflammatory fat. The diet caused overweight people without diabetes to become naturally thin; this was how to really eliminate the fat” No fancy commercials just science.

Inflammatory fat around the waist and on the body can be very stubborn to remove, most commerical diets are a waste of time but science has given us the solution; this was the only real life solution from real science.

Really losing weight is a very achievable goal when you utilize real science! Simply do step by step what the researchers did with this diet to get thinner.
